EK777 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ek777 platform available at ek777.cash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ek777 (the platform operator).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use any ek777 service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

ek777 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The most current version is always available at ek777.cash/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use ek777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted or not prohibited.
• You must not be on ek777's self-exclusion list or any third-party exclusion database that ek777 participates in.
• You must be acting as an individual, not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ek777 employee or contractor.

Age Verification Process

ek777 may request identity documentation at any point, including at the time of your first withdrawal request or when any suspicious activity is flagged on your account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age and identity verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is entitled to hold exactly one account on ek777. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your ek777 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any third party. ek777 will never ask for your password in an email, chat message, or phone call. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact ek777 support immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered in your account settings.
• Log out of your ek777 account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not access ek777 through unofficial apps, mirror sites, or third-party software that claims to improve your gaming experience.

Account Name and Currency

Your ek777 account must be registered in your own legal name. The name on your account must match the name on any payment method you use to deposit or withdraw. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no facility to switch account currency.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months and a positive balance — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee after a prior notification period. Accounts with a zero balance that are inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed. In both cases, ek777 will attempt to contact you using the contact information on file before taking any action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ek777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit and credit cards. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account not registered in your name — are not accepted.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your ek777 balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash in almost all cases.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 banking hours to confirm, depending on your bank's processing speed.
• ek777 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed the same day they are submitted, typically within a few hours.
• ek777 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal if verification has not previously been completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• ek777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 48 hours in cases where additional security checks are required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ek777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament ticket credits, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL cricket. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ek777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ek777 balance. Real money is always used first when placing bets, unless a bonus is specifically structured otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified for the promotion — typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• ek777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or bet hedging is detected.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion can be claimed per player. Subsequent bonuses may be claimed according to the frequency and conditions stated in each offer. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers — this is a responsible gaming measure, not a punishment.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on ek777 — including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, virtual sports, and poker — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general terms. By playing any game on ek777, you agree to the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface.

Bet Acceptance and Results

ek777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious technical error — such as incorrect odds displayed due to a data feed failure, or a malfunction in any game's RNG or dealing system. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from bets placed after a known malfunction has been detected are not valid.

For sports betting and PSL markets, ek777 uses the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. ek777's own determination of the result is final in cases where the official result has not yet been published or is disputed.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection to ek777 drops during an active round or bet, the outcome will be settled based on the server-recorded state at the time of disconnection. Any bets placed before the disconnection that were confirmed by the ek777 server will stand and be settled normally. ek777 is not responsible for losses caused by poor internet connectivity on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek777. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your ek777 account.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after the funds have been used for gaming on ek777.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at a poker table or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the ek777 platform.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge gained through corrupt practices, inside information, or participation in match-fixing schemes.
• Money laundering: Using ek777 to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
• Underage gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to ek777 by any person under 18 years of age.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ek777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspected terms violation.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 3.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Technical issues requiring investigation.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious terms violation, ek777 may suspend an account immediately without prior notice. The player will be informed of the suspension and given an opportunity to respond if the account is not subsequently closed for confirmed violations. In cases of voluntary closure or inactivity-based closure, ek777 will provide advance notice where possible.

Requesting Account Closure

Any remaining PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after any bonus requirements and pending transaction reviews are completed. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

9. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ek777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

12. Amendments & Contact

ek777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments affecting player rights in a material way will be communicated via email to the address registered with your ek777 account at least 7 days before they take effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typos or clarifications of existing terms — may be made at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the ek777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your account as described in Section 8 before the changes take effect.
